Bibliotheca to Qaitbay Fort Alexandria Walk

Descripción del sendero

This seafront walk follows the curve of the Eastern Harbour from the modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina to the Qaitbay fort at the harbour mouth. The library revives the legacy of the ancient Library of Alexandria, while the fort stands on the site of the lost Pharos lighthouse. The route links the city's ancient and modern icons along the Mediterranean.
