Kumano Kodo Takijiri to Takahara

Descripción del sendero

The opening climb of the Kumano Kodo Nakahechi pilgrimage from the Takijiri gateway up to the mountain hamlet of Takahara. The forest path ascends steeply past sacred rocks and small shrines before reaching a ridge of terraced fields with sweeping valley views. It is the classic first stage of the ancient route.
