Oirase Stream

Descripción del sendero

One of Japan's most beloved nature walks, following the Oirase mountain stream from Nenokuchi on Lake Towada down to Yakeyama. The flat riverside path passes a series of waterfalls, mossy rocks and rapids beneath a canopy of beech and maple. It is spectacular in fresh green early summer and in autumn colour.
