The largest and one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in Idaho's Sawtooth Mountains. The trail climbs steadily from Iron Creek past meadows and smaller lakes to the vast lake below Mount Regan. The jagged peak reflected in the clear water is an iconic Idaho scene.
