Castelo dos Mouros Sintra Ascent

Description du sentier

A steep woodland climb from the old town of Sintra up to the Moorish Castle crowning the hill above. The stone path zigzags through mossy oak and fern past the church of Santa Maria to the ramparts. From the battlements the view sweeps over the palaces of Sintra to the Atlantic coast.
