Fanjingshan Stone Stairway to the Mushroom Rock

The pilgrim stairway up Fanjingshan from Yu'ao, the flight of stone steps that climbs the eastern wall of the massif to the summit plateau at the Mushroom Rock and the Old Golden Peak at 2494 m. The forest below is the last refuge of the Guizhou snub nosed monkey. Relentlessly steep but stepped throughout.
