Descrizione sentiero

A gentle walk through the Threave estate near Castle Douglas to the island fortress of Threave Castle on the River Dee. The path crosses parkland and a nature reserve rich in birdlife to the ferry across to the ruins. An easy and scenic Galloway walk.
