A shaded forest ascent of the front mountain of Qingcheng Shan, cradle of Taoism near Chengdu in Sichuan. The mossy stone path winds past pavilions and temples beneath dense evergreen canopy to the Shangqing Palace. A peaceful and green pilgrim walk.
