Cairo Citadel to Sultan Hassan Walk

This short walk drops from the Citadel of Salah al-Din, crowned by the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, down to the vast medieval mosques of Sultan Hassan and Al-Rifai. It passes some of the grandest monuments of Mamluk and Ottoman Cairo. The Citadel terrace gives a panoramic view over the whole city.
