A walk through the Nijinomatsubara, a great rainbow-shaped pine grove along the shore of Karatsu bay in Saga. The flat path runs beneath a hundred thousand black pines planted centuries ago as a windbreak, with the beach and Karatsu castle nearby. It is shady, level and famous.
