A walk through Nationaal Park De Meinweg near Roermond, a stepped terrace landscape unique in the Netherlands. Heath, pine and stream valleys cut across the German border in a wild reserve home to wild boar and adders. The terraced ridges give a rare sense of relief in a flat country.
