Filoti to Apeiranthos

A walk on Naxos between two of its grandest mountain villages, Filoti on the slopes of Mount Zas and the marble built Apeiranthos. The old path crosses terraced hillsides and streams high above the Tragea valley. Apeiranthos preserves Venetian towers and a distinct dialect.
