Pothia to Pera Kastro

A climb on Kalymnos from the harbour town of Pothia up to the medieval Pera Kastro above the old capital of Chorio. Within the ruined walls stand nine small whitewashed churches with faded frescoes. The summit gives sweeping views over the sponge diving island.
