St Michael's Isle and Derby Fort

A short coastal loop from Derbyhaven out to St Michael's Isle, also known as Fort Island, joined to the land by a narrow causeway. The islet holds a ruined medieval chapel and the round Derby Fort built during the Civil War. An easy walk full of history with fine sea views.
