Chiaksan Birobong

The main route up Chiaksan near Wonju, starting from the ancient temple of Guryongsa and its nine dragon pool. The trail follows the Seryeom valley before a long, steep staircase climb to Birobong, crowned with three stone cairns. One of the tougher day hikes in the national park system.
