Mount Baldy via Baldy Bowl

A demanding but classic ascent of Mount San Antonio, known as Mount Baldy, the highest peak in the San Gabriel Mountains. The Baldy Bowl route passes the Sierra Club ski hut and climbs the rocky bowl to the bare summit. The reward is an enormous view stretching from the desert to the sea on clear days.
