The classic Muong Hoa valley trek from Sapa town down through the Black H'mong hamlet of Lao Chai to the Giay village of Ta Van. The trail follows dirt paths between spectacular terraced rice paddies along the valley floor. It is the most popular homestay trek in the Sapa region.
