A walk to the dramatic volcanic crag of Loudoun Hill rising from the Ayrshire countryside near Darvel. The path climbs to the rocky summit, a site of Wallace and Bruce victories, with sweeping views and the striking Spirit of Scotland sculpture nearby. A short and historic hill walk.
