Trail Description

A climb through ancient araucaria forest in Conguillio National Park to viewpoints over the Llaima volcano and a chain of lakes. The trail rises to open ridges with the snowy Sierra Nevada ahead and monkey puzzle trees all around. A beautiful walk in a landscape that feels prehistoric.
