Trail Description

A steady climb to a forested volcanic dome above the coffee town of Fredonia in southwest Antioquia. The path ascends through coffee farms and then native forest to a summit with views of Cerro Tusa and the Cauca river canyon. It is a favorite half day hike for Medellin locals.
