Trail Description
The signature loop of Riisitunturi National Park in Posio climbs a snow-crowned fell famous for its hanging bogs, the rietas, that drape the slopes. The path rises through spruce forest hung with lichen to open summit views over a sea of Lakeland fells. Winter frost sculpts the trees into white figures along the top.
