Trail Description

A walk in the mastic villages of southern Chios from the painted houses of Pyrgi down to the black pebble bay of Emporios. Pyrgi is famous for the geometric xysta patterns scratched into its facades. The path crosses mastic groves that produce the island's aromatic resin.
