Trail Description
A walk around the ancient citadel of Kirkuk, a great mound above the Khasa river crowned by old houses, churches and the tomb of the prophet Daniel. Ramparts and lanes look out over the oil city that spreads below. A layered site at the meeting point of Kurds, Arabs and Turkmen.
