Trail Description
A walk up the mound of Nabi Yunus in Mosul, revered as the tomb of the prophet Jonah on the site of an Assyrian palace. Beneath the shrine lie ancient galleries uncovered after the destruction of the war. A place of faith and deep history on the east bank of the Tigris.
