Trail Description
A walk through Shaqlawa, a leafy hill resort town cradled between Safeen and Sork mountains north of Erbil. The main street climbs past fruit stalls, honey sellers and old churches toward the wooded slopes. A cool summer retreat long favoured by the people of Kurdistan.
