Trail Description

A lush spring-fed canyon in the Ein Gedi reserve on the Dead Sea shore, following Nahal David to its famous waterfall. Freshwater pools, reeds and ibex make it one of the most popular desert oases in Israel. The lower trail is short and shaded, with longer loops climbing to Dodim Cave above.
