Trail Description

A walk through the remote thatched village of Ainokura in the Gokayama region of Toyama, a World Heritage site. The path climbs among the gassho-zukuri farmhouses to a viewpoint over the mountain hamlet. It is quiet, rural and beautifully preserved.
