Trail Description

A coastal walk at Jodogahama on the Sanriku shore of Iwate, where white volcanic rock pinnacles rise from a sheltered bay. The path follows the pebble beach and pine-clad headlands with views over the clear water. Its name means pure land beach for its serene beauty.
