Trail Description

A forest walk to the Okusha inner shrine of Togakushi in the mountains of Nagano, along a magnificent avenue of four-hundred-year-old cedars. The path passes a thatched gate deep in the woods below the jagged Togakushi peaks. It is atmospheric and steeped in mountain worship.
