A coastal nature trail through Piejura park at Vakarbulli and Daugavgriva near Riga, protecting grey dunes, meadows and pine forest along the gulf. Boardwalks lead through rare dune habitats to a wide quiet beach. A protected shore on the doorstep of the capital.
