Trail Description
A climb to the chest shaped rock that caps Cofre de Perote, one of the highest peaks in Mexico. The trail rises through cool fir forest to an open summit block of bare rock above 4,200 metres. Big views over the Gulf plains and across to the cone of Orizaba on a clear day.
