Trail Description

A stroll around Erdene Zuu, the oldest surviving Buddhist monastery in Mongolia, ringed by a wall of one hundred and eight stupas beside the ruins of Karakorum. Paths lead past the temples and out to the turtle stone and phallic rock on the plain. A walk through the heart of the old Mongol capital.
