Trail Description

A walk through the forest steppe of the Khentii mountains, the birthplace of Chinggis Khaan northeast of Ulaanbaatar. The trail crosses grassland and larch woods in the transition between the taiga and the open plain. A route through the sacred heartland of the Mongol nation.
