Trail Description
A flat loop around the base of Mauao, the extinct volcano at Mount Maunganui. The track hugs the shoreline with views across the harbour on one side and the open ocean on the other. It is one of the most popular walks in the Bay of Plenty and passes rocky coves and pohutukawa trees.
