Trail Description

An easy walk on a paved mountain road to the most famous lake in the Tatras, ringed by high peaks. The gentle climb through forest is hugely popular, and the first sight of the emerald water beneath Rysy is unforgettable. Busy in summer, with a mountain hut on the shore.
