Trail Description

A flat waterside walk along the boardwalk of Cabanas de Tavira beside the eastern Ria Formosa. The calm channel separates the village from a long sandy barrier island reached by ferry. Egrets and fiddler crabs inhabit the marsh along the peaceful lagoon front.
