Trail Description

A steep climb from the wine village of Pinhao up through terraced vineyards to the celebrated viewpoint of Casal de Loivos. From the top one of the most famous panoramas in the Douro opens over the river winding between the quinta estates. A short but rewarding walk in the heart of port wine country.
