Trail Description

A steep descent on Sao Jorge from the village of Norte Grande down to the coastal Faja do Ouvidor. The lava-rock flat by the sea holds one of the finest natural swimming pools in the Azores. Sheer green cliffs and waterfalls tower above the black shore.
