Trail Description
A waterfront walk in Vila Nova de Gaia from the port wine lodges along the Douro to the old fishing village of Afurada. The riverside path looks across to the Ribeira of Porto and its terraced houses. Traditional boats and grilled sardine restaurants line the way to the river mouth.
