Trail Description

A classic levada walk in the laurel forest of Madeira, following a water channel from Rabacal to a green pool fed by twenty five springs. The path is mostly level and shaded, winding along the contour with ferns and waterfalls all around. Popular and easy underfoot, though busy in high season.
