Trail Description

A short climb from the beach of Nazare up to the clifftop quarter of Sitio above the town. From the belvedere the view plunges to the giant-wave beach of Praia do Norte where surfers ride the biggest waves in the world. A funicular and a small pilgrimage church crown the headland.
