Trail Description

A coastal walk to the lighthouse and volcanic point of Ponta da Ferraria at the western tip of Sao Miguel. Below the cliffs a natural pool mixes hot spring water with the sea. The path offers dramatic views of the black lava coast and the Atlantic swell.
