Trail Description
A beautiful loop from the village of Faial da Terra to the Salto do Prego waterfall on Sao Miguel. The trail climbs through dense laurel forest and returns via the restored hamlet of Sanguinho, once abandoned and now lovingly rebuilt. The falls plunge into a clear pool ideal for a cool swim.
