Trail Description

The short climb from Rasnov's old square to the Saxon peasant fortress crowning the town hill. Villagers sheltered here behind double walls through centuries of Tatar and Ottoman raids. The ramparts overlook the Barsa plain with Piatra Craiului and the Bucegi behind.
