Trail Description

The highest point of the Apuseni mountains at 1849 m, also known as Cucurbata Mare, climbed from the Vartop resort area above Arieseni. Open pastures with scattered spruce lead to the summit relay mast. The view covers the whole karst plateau country of the Bihor.
