Trail Description

A flat walk through the Krakovo forest near Kostanjevica, the largest remnant of lowland oak woodland in Slovenia and a protected wetland reserve. The level path crosses the ancient forest of great oaks and hornbeams. Easy and shaded, a quiet walk through a rare lowland wilderness.
