Trail Description
A climb up the sacred hill where Buddhism was first introduced to Sri Lanka. A grand granite stairway rises through ancient ruins and dagobas to the summit shrines and the great white Ambasthala stupa. A serene pilgrimage walk near Anuradhapura.
