A woodland walk over the wooded sandstone escarpment of Alderley Edge in Cheshire, steeped in the legends of a wizard and his cave. The paths wind past old copper mines and dramatic viewpoints looking out over the Cheshire Plain to the Pennines. A popular and atmospheric walk.
