Trail Description
The Merrick is the highest hill in southern Scotland, rising above the wild Galloway hills and Loch Trool. The path climbs past Culsharg bothy and the Neive of the Spit ridge to the broad summit. Remote and lonely walking with wide views over the Galloway wilderness.
