Trail Description
A strenuous but unforgettable climb up the tallest dunes in North America at Great Sand Dunes National Park. There is no set trail, just an ascent of the shifting sand ridges to the High Dune viewpoint. The sweeping views over the dune field to the Sangre de Cristo peaks are surreal.
